Programming - Interviewing personnel and management to determine image and equipment/ furniture required to support specific tasks. This phase also provides information for budget and identity development.

Space Planning - Converting programming phase information into space requirements to accommodate job specific equipment and furniture. Determining adjacency requirements to assure efficiency and productivity. Complying with applicable Health, Safety, and Welfare Codes.

Furniture Inventory Development - Listing existing furniture by style, condition, size, finish, etc. to assure smooth integration into new design or location.

Finishes and Furniture Specifications - Determining specific products which will be used to fulfill the programming phase and support the overall design. Establishing specific manufacturing standards and materials to be utilized as a benchmark.

CAD Drawings - Preparing computer precision construction drawings to illustrate the solution of programming, space planning, furniture requirements, electrical, lighting, communication requirements, details, cabinetry, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and traffic flow.

Architectural Perspectives & Color-Renderings-Preperation of artistic quality three dimensional perspectives and renderings that illustrate the design of the project. This presentation helps the public visualize the end result of your project.

Color Co-Ordination / Color Boards - Developing an appropriate color scheme based on color psychology as it relates to the specific project and creating a presentation board using specific samples.

Project Co- Ordination - Overseeing design stages and acting as a project liaison for the contractor, architect, and owner through site visits. Creating project time lines based on design phases and product deliveries. Relieving the owner of "full-time" project involvement.

Finishes and Furniture Purchasing/ Installing - Securing competitive prices for the Client based on specifications and resources. Purchasing and installing specified products.

Accessorizing - Providing and installing products which appropriately accessorize the design and enhance the image.
